AP7 Office is in active beta. These terms describe the current service honestly and will be replaced by counsel-reviewed terms before general availability.

The service

AP7 Office provides a company workspace with authentication, membership, invitations, projects, tasks, and related administration. A 30-day unrestricted trial begins when the configured workspace is launched. Afterward, a paid plan is required to resume changes; existing company data remains available read-only.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the confidentiality of your credentials, and the people you invite into your workspace. Workspace owners are responsible for their company's use of the service.

Your data

Your company owns the data it puts into its workspace. We access workspace content only to operate the service, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other companies' data, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful content or activity. Security research belongs in the private disclosure process, not against live customer data.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue beta features with reasonable notice. A company owner may end the trial or request deletion from Settings. Deletion requests use a 30-day recovery period before permanent removal is processed, subject to legal and backup-retention obligations.
